We hope you enjoy the product you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Aster Expo offers you a fast refund. You have up to 30 days to return an item purchased atAster Expo.

Note: Our working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6pm.

  1. Any information on return policy?

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, have original labels, and be returned in their original packaging.
  • We are not responsible for any return packages that may be lost or stolen in transit. When returning a return, please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from the return, clearly indicating which items are being returned. If it is not filled out correctly, your return may experience problems during processing.
  • Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

   2. How soon do I have to return or exchange the item?

  • Within 30 days of purchase

   3. How soon will I receive my refund?

  • Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.
  • If you are approved, we will process your refund within a certain number of days and automatically apply the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method.
    *If the item is not returned in its original packaging, a 30% restocking fee will apply.

  4. Reservation of the right to return

     We reserve the right to individually define and restrict, reject and/or deny customer returns at any time for the following reasons:

  • A history of irregular or excessive returns indicates “victimization”;
  • A history of irregular or excessive returns involving worn, altered, washed, damaged or lost items;
  • Likewise, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer due to similar actions described above.

 5. Exchange
    We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, please send an email to
for exchange processing.

*TIP  Please do not return items to the sender of the package as our distribution warehouse is different from the warehouse used for returns.
         We do not accept cash on delivery. Also, we do not refund original shipping and handling charges.
